  Had some issues with my hand so I called this place. They said it was pretty specialized stuff and they wouldn't be the best for my issue. Cicely called me back an hour later with all sorts of recommendations for hand specialists in the Bay Area.
  
  Later on I had issues with my knee, so after the selfless help I figured I'd give pro balance my business. I don't have insurance and I made it clear I wanted to make the visit a single one if possible cause I'm cheap. Anyways, Cicely stayed twenty minutes late no charge to accommodate me. She gave me the tools I needed to solve my issue on my own.
