  heartbroken. until recently was the best sourdough in the east bay. now it's far too dense, the crust is thick, hard, & tasteless, and the bread tastes not -at all- like sourdough. it's like a wheat flour version of semifreddi's sourdough (which is the worst attempt at sourdough in the east bay that i know of). so sad.
